1. Custom & Final Sale Products

All products sold by Powerhouse Apparel are custom-made and produced to order.
As a result, all sales are final

We do not accept:

  • Cancellations
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Returns
 
Exception:
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product(s) are defective upon receipt. Customers must notify us by email at startingline@
powerhouseapparel.ca within five (5) days of receiving the product(s). Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Product images shown on our website or promotional materials are for reference only and are not to scale.

Please note:

  • Product colour shades may vary depending on suppliers and production processes
  • Logo placement and sizing may vary slightly from displayed images
 

Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

3. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size for their order.
We strongly encourage reviewing the size guides available in the main menu prior to purchasing.

Incorrect sizing does not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

4. Production & Delivery Time

As all items are custom-made, please allow approximately four (4) weeks for production and delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase with Powerhouse Apparel, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
